Unblocking of drain

Definitely the worst experience! Our estate is managed by a estate management agency, thus payment is not always immediate and has a time-lapse of 5 working days.

I received various threats from 24hour plumbing that they will come to the site to collect payment after multiple messages indicating that our estate management agent will release payment after 5 working days. One week later the same issue occurred where the drain is completely blocked. I did follow up, and advised they need to come out to fix the problem as we already paid for the drain to be unblocked. They advised a new invoice will made out, and if we don't want to use there services we shouldn't.

Please rethink before hiring this company to do your plumbing.
