ARROGANT DIRK - 24hour plumbing

Oh my my... Just filled in a contact form online and was pleasantly amazed that it took less than 10mins to get a call back! But Im afraid the great experience was short lived. Talked to a gentleman named Dirk. Upon requesting a call out for a quote, or an estimate to warrant a callout, I was answered with clipped, impatient and dismissive responses. Dirk, you are meant to be a subject matter expert, yet your condescending impatience with my unashamed ignorance of plumbing works is disgusting. Clients rely on YOU to offer advice and direction in YOUR chosen field of service. Your unprofessional customer service makes me question the authors of your "REVIEWS" on your website. I pray you are just one rotten apple in your organisation and don't represent an overall culture of arrogance.
