When you need them the most they will turn on you
I signed a contract with MTN and the consultant who assisted me sold a 24HourMobility cover in case of any \theft

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Please be advised that I have looked into the claim and can see that you have been in contact with the underwriter since writing this complaint and that they have advised you to motivate the claim.
Please be advised that the policy wording was successfully sent in a link to your cellphone on more than one occasions. this SMS was successfully received. In all of our dealings we where never advised that the policy wording was not received. All policies have terms and conditions and policy wordings and as this is your 4th claim we can confirm that you where aware of the policy.
The underwriter is bound by the terms of the policy and can only approve a claim in the event that all terms of the policy have been met.
should you wish to further deputed the claim please forward a valid motivation as requested in order for the underwriter to re-assess the claim in light of all of the facts.
Please can you also advise how the loss occured as your claim form states that the handset was left on the seat of the taxi and later you advised it disappeared from your bag. Please clarify accordingly.
