I called 24Hour Mobility cellphone insurance for my insurance claim follow up and i spoke to Shahil Singh,he was very professional, helpful, and kind .He stated that my ID was not attached to the claim and he asked me to email ,he would send me details where i can email the ID copy. The details were sent immediately after we spoke and after i sent it he responded immediately and my claim came through.After the such a stumbling block with my claim he helped me.
