Waste of money
First phone i had insured with them, didn't pay out as I waited '(read had no response from them for weeks) for more than 30 days to hand it in (read terms and conditions). My partners phone, they are not covering that either. Waste of money every month. Cancelled. They never get back to you, useless.

After investigation please be advised your claim was declined for late submission as the claim documentation was received later than 30 days from date of incident.. The incident occurred 29/06/2013, however we only received your claim documentation on the 19/11/2013.
Please see below policy wording with regards to this:
Within thirty (30) days of the loss you must have supp**** all relevant
information and details of the claims we have asked you for or all benefits under
this policy will be forfeited.
Please note that it is also stated at the top of the claim forms to keep clients informed.
With regards to your partners claim please be advised I will email you directly to obtain more details and further assist with the matter as no other policy can be located.
