Very annoyed and Frustrated.

I have never seen such an institution that doesn’t take their brand serious. I have logged a claim on the 22nd of January 2024 I don’t get any communication nor feedback instead when I call in, they keep saying I must wait. I spoke to the Team Leader by the name of Jabu Buthelezi who promised will receive my phone Friday the 9th @12:00 but still today I’m waiting for my product. They don’t bother to communicate. I am the one busy making follow ups. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I have never seen such a pathetic service.
