This is what I call real customer service .

I am a very impatient person and like to be on top of things, From the time I sent off my claim form; I would call all the time to know what's happening and every time I would call I would also have lots and lots of questions, however the staff would be so polite and professional, while listening,I could hear all the positive energy in their voice. Their service out myself at ease, knowing they will get things done. What stood out for me was the consistency of this amazing service throughout .
