this insurance sucks

Paid for 2 years almost R6000. 00 Insurance. Phone fell in the water by accident, they fixed it which i was very thankful for that, but than the problems started. I send this phone back twice and it gets sent back in the same condition, that I have sen it for in the first place. the phone heats up, the charger no longer charges the phone and it charges for 10 min and its full, two seconds later it is beeping because its empty. the phone freezes and everything is checked \working".
