they won't allow me to top up
I insured my iphone 5 with 24 hour mobility that time my iphone5 was worth 9300 ! my claim was approved now 24 hour mobilty won't allow me to topup for an iphone 6 which is 2700 price difference which I was willing to pay instead they want to degrade me by giving me an iphone 5c what kind of insurance company is this I even asked if I could choose another brand they told me no It must be an apple make ! Funny enough wen they take your money every month they don't ask too many questions Dissapointed

Thank you for bringing the above matter to our attention.
Please be advised that the reason the underwriter will not allow you to pay in for the Apple Iphone 6 is due to the policy wording which states:
In the event that the MOBILE DEVICE
ii) Is replaced by your Insurer, they agree to replace the MOBILE DEVICE with the same MAKE and MODEL as the insured MOBILE DEVICE unless the same MAKE and/or MODEL is no longer available. The insurer will then replace with a MOBILE DEVICE of the same value and similar functions as the original MOBILE DEVICE at the time of loss.
The above complaint has been forwarded to the underwriters office for review and investigation and feedback on the outcome of the investigation will be supp**** by the underwriter.
