they always find a reason not to pay out.
24 hour mobility is the sly insurance company you will ever find. my fine stopped charging I first call them to inform them of this a lady advised that they don't cover charging faulty I then took my phone to MTN they quoted me 2700. A friend then advised me to go to Samsung and they quotation was even higher. So I decided to take the phone to 24 hour mobility for them to pay for the repair of my phone. Vashti O'Neill' who was dealing with my celphone claim declined my claim for late submit but on the term and condition I signed 6 years ago had no time limitation for a damaged phone. If anyone has insurance with this company please cancel and find a better company to deduct money and who will actually be of help when needed
