<p>There are still great, dedicated and hard working employees out there.. i would like to thank Nandi Mthembu from claims department for going out of her way to help me.. I spent days explaining the same story to each and every consultant in this department..When i was about to give up and cancel my insurance , i decided to try one last time,Nandi picked up the phone and LISTENED and RESOLVED my querry...Today i have my phone and sooooo happy.....We need more employees like her..Ngiyabonga</p>
