Thank you for outstanding Service

Thank you to both Charlene Muller and Shaniel Ramdhin for going the extra mile. <br> Unfortunately, I had received a dud phone which needed replacing. MTN had actually recalled the make, and had to wait to receive new stock. <br> These two, very patient and understanding employees have gone the extra mile. I know that I can be a bit of a handful, yet they pushed through. Both advised me on following steps and let me know the status of progress when ever they could.<br> <br> Thank you both so very much!
