Supercharged sorting

<p>I had claimed for a cracked screen on my Samsung, dropped it at the MTN vendor where it sat for 4 months. FOUR MONTHS!!!! I managed to speak to Junaid Basson from 24hrMobility, who arranged for my handset to be picked up, repaired and returned within a week. His service was excellent and he kept in touch until the issue was resolved. If only all operator took their job as seriously as he did there would be far fewer disgruntled customers.
