Such a wonderful person to deal with
I was hi-jacked and in the process my cellphone was ******. From the time I reported the incident till the claim was approved Kaylin has been such a wonderful person to deal with. <br> <br> Following up all the way and giving me feedback every step of the process until the handset was delivered to me.<br> <br> Excellent and true definition of customer service.
