stuck on Incomplete claim process
On my claim they issued me with a cheaper phone, to which i accepted with only 1 requirement that the phone should be dual sim. They sent a single sim phone when i complain they totally ignored me. I have emailed them numerous times they blatantly ignored me. the is no reason for me to stay with this kind of insurance
