still no response from either mtn or 24hour mobili
I am still waiting for either Mtn or 24 hour mobility to phone me regarding ****** simcard !!!!! My simcard got lost between my house and 24hour mobility insurance repair centre ! I insured my tablet through mtn and they use 24 hour mobility!! No one will come back to me and mtn told me that i am responsible for mtn bill of over R15 000!!! I gave my tablet in good faith to 24 hour mobility and i admit that i forgot to take out my simcard but dont think it is fair that i must pay that bill when somebody took and use my simcard when i thought my property was safe with the insurance company!! Im not accusing but it got lost between the courier services they use and the repair centre!!!! I wrote a report on hello peter months ago and still no feedback except from mtn to tell me i can get billing info online!!! Can somebody please help me???

Please be advised that no sim card was received with the handset upon receipt at the repair centers office nor was the packaging tampered with.
This handset was dispatched from the repair center office on the 12/03/2015 and at no stage where we advised of any missing SIM card up to the 26/05/2015 when we received the first complaint.
After investigation I have been advised that management has confirmed with you on numerous occasions that assistance cannot be given as there is no evidence that the SIM card was handed over in the tablet and despite receiving 3 separate bills from MTN no action was taken to block the SIM card.
It has also been confirmed that all feedback on this matter has been provided. I am sorry that we have been unable to assist due to the above.
You would need to investigate this matter with your service provider to see who has been using the handset should you wish to further investigate the usage.
