My Nokia E6 was booked in for repairs and I was told it was unrepairable. On Thursday 29th January 2015, when I requested to have the phone returned,to my surprise and disbelief it had been s****ped. Naturally I was upset! This report could have been a complaint, I was not happy with not been informed before they had decided to s**** the phone. Sipho helped me cheer up with his good nature and excellent services.<br> I was given a list of the latest phones to choose from and was delighted to have my replacement handset delivered to me the next day, Friday the 30th January 2015 @09:47. <br> Thank you Sipho for your patience and going the extra mile. To the logistics department and courier service (sadly whose name I had forgotten so I could thank them and Justice, the delivery guy) for the speedy delivery. I was most impressed!
