Second declined claim
It is amazing how insurance companies like 24hr mobility have no problem with taking their clients money on a monthly basis, but then are no use to the client when they process a claim. My first claim was declined due to the simcard not being on the device, I understood that and fixed the device at my own expense. Now the phone has another damage and they (24hr mobility) are declining my claim once because they need prove of my previous payment which was done by another dealer. Apparently it is in their policy which I was never informed of and cannot even be found on their webside. This is just a rip-off company, I am very disappointed with their service.

Thank you for bringing the above matter to our attention.
The first declined claim was due to a broken screen which you confirmed the understanding of the declination.
The current claim is also for a damaged screen.
The underwriter needs the invoice for the repairs to the handset after the first damage in order to confirm that you are not claiming on the original damage and that the handset was in fact repaired. This is required for auditing purposes and they are unable to proceed without it.
The underwriter is happy to assist you once confirmation of the repairs have been received. Should you not have this in your possession perhaps you can obtain confirmation from the repair center who repaired your handset.
Once obtained please forward this documentation to our office and we will gladly motivate the claim on your behalf.
Documentation to be sent to: *** along with a copy of your ID document.
Kind regards
