Last week Monday my phone fell and the screen cracked and the top left corner of the phone bent. I called the contact centre and was fortunate enough to speak to Kaylin Leonard who sent me my policy and claim form. On Tuesday morning I submitted the completed form and sent to the claim department. Kaylin called me and suggested I send the form to her. That same afternoon I got an SMS that my claim had been approved. Kaylin also made a follow up call letting me know. On Wednesday afternoon my device was collected from me, on Thursday afternoon my phone was fixed. On Friday my phone was couriered to me and I received it today and it is in perfect working condition. The broken screen and bent corner are a thing of the past. Thank you to 24 Hour Mobility specifically to Kaylin, the courier company and the repair company for such awesome service.
