PROMPT COMMUNICATION
I would like to complement Gene Sias a Claims facilitator at Pinnacle Marketing who had a pro-active approach of keeping me updated about the status of my insurance without waiting for me to follow up.After submitting the last bit of the required documentation the consultant copied me in the communication with her colleagues and assured I would receive my tablet within 3 working days
