Professional Service from Mr Junaid Basson

<p>My daughter's phone was ****** and I followed procedure to report it to the police and 24 Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance. &nbsp;After receiving very limited feedback from the insurers after eight days, I decided to call 24 Hour Mobility.</p> <p>I connected to a very professional, friendly, courteous and articulate consultant, Mr Junaid Basson. &nbsp;He tracked my claim, provided an update, and&nbsp;looked at ways in resolving the claim immediately. &nbsp;To not waste my time, he advised that he would sort the claim and would return my call within half an hour, and not keep me holding &nbsp;online. He was also the first administrator who advised of excess payment required, and of procedure involved. As feedback from companies is always delayed or non-existent, I did not hold my breath that I would receive feedback within half an hour or even on the same day.<br />&nbsp;<br />To my amazement, he did all of this immediately, and I received feedback from him within ten minutes that all had been sorted. &nbsp;I have not received such excellent service in years. Not only was I impressed by his engagement and friendly manner, but also by the way in which he demonstrated initiative, leadership, and professionalism in conducting this transaction.<br />&nbsp;<br />The s****s and attributes which he demonstrated are sorely required in business and all service industries. I have not received such excellent service in a long time, and hope that the value he adds to the company is recognized and that talent such as his is nurtured, mentored and appreciated.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
