This was on the 1 June.<br> The phone was picked up from him by the Thursday for examination.e was beyond repair<br> The following Wednesday I was informed that the damage to the phone was beyond repair.<br> <br> I was informed that the process after receiving the report from the technicians, can take 3 - 5 working days.<br> I spoke to John Maher and stressed the importance of it for my son to be in contact with his manager, which was a huge effort without a phone. <br> John arranged that my son's phone was delivered to him by the Friday morning, instead of the following week, being This week.!!!!!<br> My son was so happy with his new phone.!!<br> <br> I want to thank John for his excellent service and for calling me back to keep me informed of the progress.<br> he really did a great job.!!!<br> <br> I wish him all of the best for the future.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Adv Andre Williams
