After having my phone ****** I began the process of starting anew only to be informed that my phone could not be blacklisted by MTN as their call centre was on strike.<br> <br> Gene Sias rep**** immediately to my claim and assured me that they are aware of the issues at MTN would not affect the legitimacy of my claim.<br> <br> Gene then proceeded to offer alternate routes for blacklisting following which she the presented feedback at every single stage of the claims processing process right up until delivery.
