Phone not repaired
My phone was collected to be fixed after it had liquid damage by 24HR moblilty since I insure with them, however when I received my phone back it's still not functional and nothing seems to be done to it. I called the call center to alert them of my dissatisfaction and was told that the people who repaired the phone will contact me and nothing is done yet.

Thank you for bringing the above complaint to our attention.
Please be advised that when the phone call was made yesterday, the underwriters office had already closed for the day. The matter could only be escalated this morning to be looked into.
After confirming with the underwriters this handset is now booked for recollection so that the repair centre can assess the mobile device. The underwriter's office will be in contact to confirm when the collection will take place.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
