Phenomenal Service and Great Efficiency

I recently cracked my Iphone screen, badly and called in to find out how to submit a claim, I was emailed all the forms and requirements, but then life happened and I didn't end up submitting my claim that same day.. Gene Sias, one of the claims facilitators, not only emailed me in the weeks thereafter to remind me to submit my claim, but also chased me up when they saw I was nearing the 30 day cut-off after the incident that I had to submit my claim before I wouldn't be able to. I would have completely missed that window without the reminders from Gene.<br> <br> Then when i did submit my claim, there was constant communication from Gene to myself, and I was kept in the loop of all activities taking place throughout the process, even when Gene wasn't available Chanel would be communicating with me. <br> <br> I submit my claim late in the afternoon of Thursday the 9th, it was accepted that Monday, the 13th, my phone was collected from me the next morning, the 14th, and within 3 days, it was delivered back to me, fixed and working 100%. In less than a week, they managed to process my claim, have my phone picked up, fixed and then delivered back to me. That is just amazing service. Very impressed!
