I got an email from Lavona Sylvester, saying my parcel was delivered and signed for by Daniel. I do not know a Daniel, I did not give thm permission to deliver to anyone but me. I spoke to Nonhlantla at the courrier guy and christo called me at 14:50 saying they will not be delivering my parcel and today all of a sudden its signed and was delivered? I called Christo this morning and asked whats this so mny different stories and he cannot give me an answer. ????

Im getting thrown from pillar to post and Christo ********** 600 and nonhlantla ********** 728 /1585 cannot assist me at all. they claim they dont know which driver had the delivery and shhh shhh is their answer. its a requirement that the driver obtains the id copy of whoever signs for it. please let me know when i can expect my phone or a new phone.

I eventually received my phone this morning and it has been delivered in terrible condition. It didnt come with a screen guard as I sent it in. It still has a crack on the camera lense. Is this why we pay insurance? in hopes they dont do a proper repair and we the consumer should just not notice it????
