Pathetic Service from MTN Insurance

I contacted Pinnacle Marketing on the 5th of January as my iPhone got water damage, they sent me a claim form which I filled in and sent back on the 9th of Jan

I then sent an email on the 11th, 13th & 16th of January asking if my claim form was received and for feedback. below is the mail I sent on the 16th
"I submitted my claim form on the 9th January and have heard nothing since - I need to get this sorted out URGENTLY as I need my phone for work

Can someone please come back to me via email ASAP!"

I then got a mail back from Chanel Du Plessis on the 16th saying

"Please be advised that I have requested feedback on your claim and will do a follow up tomorrow as well – I will revert back to you with feedback on the outcome of the claim as soon as possible.

I do apologize for any inconvenience and frustration caused."

on the 18th I received a mail from Somaya saying

"Your claim has been approved and your device is repairable.

In order to authorise repairs to your device, we require an excess of R150.00 to be paid into the following account:"

I immediately made the payment and mailed through the POP

on the 20th Jan again I mailed a follow up as I had heard nothing

"Good Morning Somaya, please confirm that you received my proof of payment 2 days ago.
can you please advise when I can expect delivery"

on 24th January I received a response from Somaya

"Kindly be advised the repairer is still waiting on spares , he will get back to us shortly."

on the 25th I got this mail from Somaya

"Kindly be advised I was on leave, we arranged with the repairer for collection, see waybill attached."

then on the 26th the wrong handset was delivered to my address

on the 28th the courier collected the incorrect handset

30th January I sent a follow up email asking what was going on as AGAIN I had heard NOTHING from Pinnacle Marketing.

I then received the email below from Janine

"Please be advised that the repairer informed us today that the clients device is BER(Beyond economical repair).

Hence we will be replacing the clients device with a new device. One of our claims consultants will be contacting the client shortly."

31st January I sent another email asking when I will receive delivery and have had no response again!

It is now almost a month and I still have no idea when I am receiving my repaired or replaced phone
