Pathetic Service!!!!

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the poor service I received from this company and their broker Monitor Administrators, particularly the unprofessional and despicable attitude displayed by Jabu Buthelezi and Jeethen Jaikissoon. They are both equally ***********, useless and just plain rude!

I submitted a claim for a damaged device on the 16th of March 2018 and till this day, my device still hasn't been collected... despite numerous calls and emails!!!

Jabu has been deliberately ignoring my calls and emails and Jeethen had the nerve to hang up on my when I asked about the collection of my device.

I have asked that this matter gets escalated but nothing has been done clearly. I demand urgent action asap!!!!
