Pathetic service
<p>I am so disappointed in the pathetic service received from Pamella from Monitor Administrators. I was advised that she is the one processing my claim but haven't heard from her since the claim was submitted. I am so thankful for the service received from Kaylin Leonard. If it wasn't for Kaylin then I wouldn't know what's going with my claim. I was supposed to receive my replacement device last week but to my surprise that Pamela never placed the order. Not once has she contacted me to apologize for this appalling service. I would like to know when I will be receiving my replacement device.</p>
