Pathetic Insurance
I lodged a claim for a cellphone and apple watch that I got ****** on 3 July 2023. I don’t get any communication nor feedback instead when I call in they keep saying I must wait for 24-48hours the matter has been escalated to Management. I have never seen such a pathetic ****zza shop insurance company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone , cause I have never seen such an institution that doesn’t take their brand serious.
