Pathetic

<p>So i logged a concern regarding my insurance on Monday already... To date no reply/response... Pinnacle Marketing is the worst broker ever... To my knowledge a broker us there to you for your best interest... Not this broker they there to rip you off... Charge you R2000 more than cellphone value... I queried it on mail like i was asked by Lee-Andre no response... They gave me cell phone insurance of R7500 on my G4 charge me R127.50 p/m... The S4 was also R7500 with a payment of R114 p/m... I questioned it and no answer... I rather get told the S4 value dropped to R7000 in 1 week of argueing about the price... And they got my phone for R5500???? This seriously doesnt make sense... To my knowledge Cell phone values depreciate due to new models coming out every year... But not with this broker... You phone value increases.... </p> <p>I dont know if my phones are insured, i have asked that they send me updated policies nothing whats so ever.... </p> <p>Ive sent Lee-Andre Maquire, Erika even the supervisor Gene Sias no reply what so ever... </p> <p>To top it off Shahil says if i have any problems i can contact him as well... I cc'd him in the mail... No response... </p> <p> </p> <p>So my question is.... What is happening???? What if something happens with the phones??? I don't only have 1 phone with them but 3!!!!! Claimed for the 1st time in 3 years!!!!! </p> <p>Pathetic Service...</p> <p>Highly irritated customer...</p>
