<p>Just wanted to Take the time out of my busy day to Write in and give this young man a compliment that he so deserves.</p> <p>Junaid Basson, you really have impressed me with the way you handled my claim.</p> <p>Never have I received such profesional service before, especially from a call centre enviroment.</p> <p>I had been given the run around for a long time with other employees, But when I was put through to Mr. Basson, He helped me so efficiently and to the point. </p> <p>I could see that he went out his way to assist me and made me understand properly how the policy worked and what it covered & did not cover.</p> <p>Once again, Thank you Junaid, for all your help, I really appreciatte it.</p> <p>I hope you are given the recognition at work that you so deserve, because I don't for a minute dought that you treat all your callers the same way you did me.
