Outstanding Customer service

My device was recently ****** and with that came many difficulties getting my claim approved however in a range of anger I was lucky enough to deal with a true star Kaylin Sampson who had listened to my problem and went the extra mile and beyond to help get my claim reinstated after being rejected due to missing information. Kaylin has really given a new meaning to excellent customer service I am still left amazed by how understanding, calm and professional she was. Thank you Kaylin, it's because of people like you a company continues to grow. Thank you for the daily updates and doing your best to help me. Once my claim was put through I had dealt with two gentlemen Jeethen and Shahil from Monitor Administrators who had also been such a pleasure to work with. Jeethen ensured there was no delay in my claim for a new device and did everything possible to speed up the process. Kaylin ,Jeethen and Shahil you guys really stand out for the level of services you provide. Thank you all for your efficiency, unfortunately I can only give you guys a 5 star rating even though it feels underrated for all your efforts.
