Onke Is A Shining Star

I was initially irate because I was shocked and confused, but ended the call on a calm, high note.

Onke Melane is freaking amazing. She listened to me and was so understanding. She built excellent rapport and she dealt with my inquiry like I was a person and not just another caller/client.

24hr Mobility is in the good standing it is with consumers like myself on account of assets like Onke, despite the change in ownership or management or whatever it is thats occurred behind the scenes (we noticed). Im forever grateful and loyal to 24hr Mobility.

Put a star on Onke's forehead, or even better, give her a raise or a bonus!
