Not happy with this insurance

<p><br />i had a claim logged for a replacement for a rear glass cover<br />My cellphone was returned to me sometime in march, in which i immediately notice that back cover was not the same as the original,after about a week the glass broke due the heat of the phone and started breaking into pieces,(the original cover does break it shatters and cracks but will not break into pieces), and due to the breaking and sharp edges i had to remove the rest of the cover for my own safety </p>
