Not genuine parts used on your genuine mobile!

My phone was sent in February 2018 to repair the rear camera lens or cover that was cracked, Not even 3 months later the phone fell from the console box which is the height of the seat to the floor and on the exact same spot it was cracked again. its about a 30cm drop on a carpet and it still cracked? Is genuine and authentic parts used by Pinnicle insurance? I really don't think they do! It still falls within the warranty period of the repair and they still want me to submit a new claim, which i have sent through. I disagree as I feel the parts used was that of an inferior quality.
