Need feedback regarding my claims application

<p>Good morning</p> <p>I need your help I call MTN insurance everyday regarding my claim form and everytime I call they give me the email address to forward my application but no one come back to me no feedback it been a months now. My contract phone number is ********** 734. Please help me bcz in the MTN branches they can't help me. </p>
