Misleading information of refusing to Repair
My cell phone screen broke Iphone5S I sent my request notify my insurance of what had happened on 07/04/2015 than on the 13/04/2015 gave me feedback that my sim card wasn't in my phone the time it broke , so which they won't fix my phone .my point how can I send them proof when I can't even access my phone since it used a Touch screen is demaged,
