lost phone
Lost my phone last week 25 August 2015. Claim approved on 27th. Received my new phone on1 September 2015. Gr8 response. Unfortunately i got a S5 instead of S6 edge *hidingface*

The policy is in place to keep you in the same or most similar position to before the claim occurred. as you claimed on the Samsung S4, and this was no longer available, the insurer replaced you with the most similar model available on the market.
