Jeethen Jaikissoon - outstanding service

I submitted a claim on Tuesday afternoon and this morning, it still hadn't finalised, despite me receiving a message on Wednesday that said I would have feedback within 24 hours letting me know if my claim was approved. I had to keep phoning and this morning, Jeethen Jaikissoon answered my call. He was super helpful and helped expedite the claim process.

I have been with 24 Hour Mobility for a number of years, and his service has been the best I have experienced. This should tell you about your overall levels of service. You need to up them and make sure that your service levels are not *******. Give that man a reward for good work.
