IPhone is out of Warranty
I received my phone around April this year. A week ago it started giving me problems and I took it to the IStore and I was told that it was damaged and I had to pay R 4500+ for it to be fixed. I told them that the phone was new and that I only received early this year. The IStore assistant then told me that the phone was out of warranty. I don't understand why you gave me an old phone. I sent 24Hr mobility an email on Friday and they have not responded. Please explain.
