Insurance swop phone
I have been insuring my phones with 24 hour mobility for years now which I am very happy with their service so far.I had insured numerous phone including Galaxy S2 when it just came into the market and from when I started my premiums had been R99 and today I still paying the same amount.I recently took my phone for repairs with 24 hour mobility and it was found that the phone can not be repaired.I was told to pay access fee of R320.00 which I did.My phone choice is Huawei P8 which they said they don't have in stock but will be available 1st week of September but I might not qualify for this device.At that point in time I never asked the consultant what he means.Looking at this device price it is cheaper than the S2 when it got into the market.My question is if I pay a monthly premium of R99.00 from what range of phones can I choose from?I am sure the P8 is within that range

Please be advised that the p[policy wording states:
In the event that the HANDSET or MOBILE DEVICE:
b) Is replaced by your Insurer they agree to pay the reasonable cost of
replacement with a HANDSET or MOBILE DEVICE of the same or similar
type but not superior to or more extensive than the existing HANDSET or
MOBILE DEVICE.
This matter will be escalated to management at the underwriters office for review.
We will request that they contact you with feedback regarding the options available to you.
