Insurance refund

I would like to thank the wonderful consultant at pinnacle marketing who assisted me with a refund on my MTN phone insurance. Lizel Gabriel not only immediately acknowledged my query, she also sorted everything out within 3 days.

My problem started when I upgraded my phone and requested that the insurance which was in place not be added onto the new phone. I realized after 2 months that my premium was higher than agreed and when I queried was told that the insurance had not been removed and that it was my responsibility to do so. I immediately phoned and arranged that the insurance be stopped and was told that in order to get a refund I would have to contact the insurer. I must admit I did this with a great deal of sceptism as we only hear complaints about the industry. I once again commend Lizel Gabriel, keep up the good work.
