insurance fail my claim for no reason

i put a claim woth 24 mobility they requested a usage report from my phone which mtn can’t find it on their system.i even send them a proof from mtn so they want a seibel system which is used for prepaid only and my proof is under contract as i use contract.i gave them everything they requested on my side.i ‘d advice any one not to insure their phone with them please
