INCONVENIENCED BY A CLAIM

I've never been so frustrated by a company and been so inconvenienced, who processes a claim to its totality and then you get an approval, when you enquire regarding the status further, you are met with by a rude team leader Jabu Buthelezi, who says the claim WAS APPROVED BY MISTAKE. never have i ever been so inconvienced.
