I want my phone back!

<p>I put in a claim 28 November 2016 and my phone was picked up 9 December 2016 for repairs. I was told my phone was dispatched on the 17th December 2016 but I still havent recieved it. Everytime I call, I have wait almost an hour just to speak to someone who doesnt know whats happening. Then I was given a number ********** 004 to call the underwritters to try trace my phone but nobody ever answers. </p> <p> </p> <p>4 weeks later I am sitting here with no phone. Please I need my phone back asap. Countless phonecalls and emails later, I still havent received my phone. I am very dissapointed because I had such a good experience the last time I put in a claim. I dont know whats so different this time. But there is definitly a change in the company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Somebody please assist so that I get my phone back.</p>
