I am disappointed with 24 Hour Mobility
Hi guys,
My phone which is insured with you guys was damaged on the 20th August (more than a month). I was not aware that i was covered for accidental damage hence I didnt claim.
My claim was declined due to the fact that it has been more that a month since the damage, is there no other alternative?
