Horrible Service 😢🤢

Worst Service ever, been trying to put my claim but it keeps on rejected while they asking for documents that my service provide doesn't even have, maybe they think that when they busy pushing me ups and down that i will give up. i even resorted to the ombudsman and they advised that i have a case. i haven't seen such a miserable service ever. been with them for 19 month and this is my first claim but they cant even process my stuff.
