Good Day My name is Miss P. Mpulu. On 2018-11-16 I phoned in to report that my cellphone was lost and I was assisted by Miss/ Mrs Pamela Matsheke on my claim. She explained to me so well all steps to follow regarding my query. Miss Matsheke did not only explained but calmed and re-assured me that everything will be ok.
I am writing this review because Miss/Mrs Matsheke's service was outstanding and so professional. As a client I rate her as an extremely outstanding and passionate employee.
