Great service received from Unathi Tyhalisi

I received awesome service from Unathi Tyhalis of 24 HR Mobility when my sons cellphone was ****** from his accident scene. I contacted the insurance company and the mentioned consultant emailed me the claim form immediately the same day and explained to me what was to be done and attached. When I forwarded all the documents back to her, I received a prompt email back to inform me that the claim form was received and that the claim was registered.

I am very impressed with her customer service and she is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.
